Team Southeastern Outdoor Products recently resurfaced one of our warehouse buildings with fresh metal. We started by stripping the building of the old metal so that there was only a bare bones frame.
Next, our team started to apply the new insulation to the sides. Insulation in cold weather slows the heat from leaving a building and in hot weather it slows down the hot outside air from coming into the building.
After the insulation is applied to the outsite frame, metal sheeting is measured, cut and screwed onto the frame over the insulation.
Fresh insulation is also put down between the metal roof and roof frame.
